After you are deemed eligible for a PGx test, all lab related information will be shared with you. The Lab would explain how the kit is shipped and how test is performed (everything will also be explained earlier as well during the second session) in the convenience of your home.

We will address all the insurance related questions you may have.

NOTE: All the test kits come with a pre-paid shipping label. Our partner labs do offer financial assistance programs as well. Labs will go over the process with you independently.

It typically takes 10-15 business days (from the day the lab receives your test kit ) for us to get your test results.

We will notify you via an e-mail and you will be directed to setup an appointment date and time.

After that, we will devise a plan with individualized therapy recommendations based on your PGx testing and all the information we gather during the second session.

These recommendations will be shared with one of your Healthcare Providers.

You will be provided with a list of your genotype, a wallet sized card( not all labs provide this option) that can be shared with other providers you visit.

NOTE: You will be required to complete all required forms and pay for the sessions prior to the appointment.
